Tender Specialist
We are currently looking for an Tender Specialist to join our great team!
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities through various official platforms and procurement portals.
- Analyze tender documentation and requirements to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
- Prepare and compile technical, financial, and administrative documents in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, including submission, clarification requests, and post-submission follow-ups.
- Maintain a centralized tender archive and ensure all records are properly stored and updated.
- Support negotiations and handovers for awarded tenders, ensuring seamless transition to execution teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and procurement authorities.
- Track submitted tenders and report on outcomes and lessons learned for process improvement.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology sector
- International tender experience will be considered an asset.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent); English and Russian are desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work with 1 C 8.3
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
