We are currently looking for an  IT Procurement Specialist to join our great team!

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier database.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with existing vendors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, prices, and emerging technologies
• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of service and product quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents
• Register received items in the accounting/inventory system.
• Monitor and enforce contract terms, including delivery schedules and performance metrics
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that procured IT products and services meet quality standards and specifications
• Collaborate with IT teams, finance, legal, and other relevant departments to streamline procurement processes
• Communicate effectively with vendors, ensuring clear expectations and timely issue resolution

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, and at least a year of experience in IT procurement
• Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent); English and Russian are desirable
• Strong understanding of IT products and services
• Good communications skills
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in 1C (8.3)
