Electronic Prosecution Information System (EPIS) project

“All in One Technologies” has implemented the Electronic Prosecution Information System in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Information System in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Electronic Prosecution Information System (EPIS) is an Electronic Document Circulation system that serves to automate processes within the Prosecutor's Office.

The use of EPIS speeds up the preparation, approval and signing of documents. Also, the complete statistics available in the system, wide filter/search capabilities play a big role in the easy and fast preparation of quarterly and annual reports.

Using the Built-in Document Builder, it is possible to prepare any type of document template and avoid wasting time by using it in subsequent document collection.

Also, electronic signature is the most effective tool for exchanging electronic documents. E-signature, which is one of the main capabilities of the system, ensures secure and flexible document exchange in the virtual space and identifies participants.

E-signature plays a major role in the electronization of clerical procedures and the cancellation of paper transactions.

Finally, according to the completion type, the case is terminated and sent to the electronic archive.
